Yes I do see the cloud symbol on some of the PS4 version saves and I can load them on the ps5 version and vice versa but as far as I am concerned my issue is that the cloud saving is not consistent sometimes it works just fine sometimes not. First I have both digital versions of PS4 and PS5 installed on my PS5 and I don't have my PS4 any longer:
